Provide reliable technical assistance to internal and external customers. You will provide professional coverage of Technical Support by traveling to field customers. You will support focus on accuracy, timely feedback, and customer satisfaction. You will provide professional preventative and corrective maintenance on OEM equipment and services as well as drive timely identification, investigation, resolution, root cause analysis and replication of technical issues. You will build internal relationships to expedite complicated cases throughout extensive travel. You will develop broad understanding of customer needs. You will support the knowledge-sharing mindset, methodology, and tools. You will ensure proper documenting and recording of all activity and communication.  In this position, you will be required to travel 75% or more.  Mechanical and electrical experience required.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • High School Diploma, or equivalent. Some experience in the field.
  • Ability to travel 75% or more
  • 5+ years of experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and maintenance
