As an Engineering Manager at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of the company. This role leads and manages a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in developing and executing engineering strategies that meet customer requirements and drive business growth. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. You will provide technical guidance and mentorship to your team members, fostering their professional growth and development. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality products and solutions
- Develop and execute engineering strategies to drive business growth and meet customer requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Provide technical leadership for major growth projects
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for manufacturing process, equipment capability, and continuous improvement.
- Participate in developing technology-related business strategy and new technologies
- Serve as a primary technical resource for the SBU management

MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- 10+ years of experience in support of manufacturing and industrial environments
- Ability to prioritize Engineering capabilities to maximize impact to business imperatives
- Mechanical Integrity knowledge in support of PSM factory processes and equipment

WE VALUE:
- Desired Advanced Engineering degrees like EE (Electrical Engineering), ME (Mechanical Engineering) etc. based on job title
- Desired experience with support of network or database systems
- Familiarity with manufacturing coating processes
- Ability to successfully drive project execution through a team of 5 or more Engineers and direct reports
