The Connected Distribution Center from Honeywell Intelligrated is designed to help companies make the digital transformation from manual to automated processes and keep up with the rapidly escalating pace of modern commerce demands. This role will have responsibility for the financial results including direct ownership for orders, revenue, cash and operating income (full P&L) for the Intelligrated business globally. The President, Intelligrated will be responsible to provide leadership to ~5,000 employees globally in order to deliver profitable growth. The Intelligrated President will ensure an excellent customer experience working across respective functions to deliver high quality products, software and services based on market needs.

This role will part of the SPS leadership team and will be based in the Mason, OH area or Charlotte, NC.

Strategy

Ensure the successful development and execution of the Intelligrated Strategic Plan (STRAP) on an annual basis, showing credible, clear growth, revenue and profitability projections, in order to provide direction at all times. Lead growth initiatives that maintain or achieve a leading position in each vertical and geographical market with an appropriate product, pricing and channel strategy.

Business Performance

Ensure the execution of the Intelligrated Annual Operating Plans, and monitor performance on an ongoing basis, in accordance with the Business STRAP to maximize the operating efficiency of the business and achieve / exceed the expected revenue, cash, operating income and other financial objectives.

Business Development/Growth

Drive the growth and business development strategy/execution in order to identify emerging business opportunities, aggressively penetrating undeveloped markets and gaining market share in existing markets.

Marketing

Monitor and evaluate the external competitive business environments across the pole to identify industry and market trends, developing a vision and marketing roadmap for each regional market, in order to achieve strategic sales growth and profitability targets.

Sales and Customer Management

Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies and customer management for distribution to the end users for the Intelligrated organization.  Functional leadership in this space is critical to achieve the overall Business STRAP and specific regional/market conditions, in order to ensure that revenue and growth targets are achieved.

Acquisitions

Drive the business acquisition and joint venture strategy, identifying potential targets, in order that informed investment and expansion decisions can be taken by the organization.

Business Transformation

Ensure the identification, development, leadership and implementation of Intelligrated business transformation initiatives that are required to support revenue growth, profitability and customer excellence targets that will are essential for the achievement of the PPR strategic direction and vision.

People

Ensure that the Intelligrated organization attracts, retains and develops a high level of talent with the right skills, experience, knowledge and performance levels, in the right places, in order that the organization is capable of achieving its strategic sales, growth, profit and customer satisfaction objectives

Technology

Ensure that the new product introduction (NPI) roadmap is strong and Drive on-time delivery of high NPI.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • 8-10 direct reports and 8 matrix reports
  • Responsible for total organization census of approx. 5.000

Geographic Scope & Travel Requirements:

  • Based in Mason, OH area or Charlotte, NC
  • Significant travel across the globe for internal and external activities

Basic Qualifications:

·        Minimum of fifteen years’ experience operating in senior leadership roles in global B2B technology businesses with P&L responsibility exceeding $2B.

·        Demonstrated track record of transforming and/or scaling businesses enabling hyper growth.

·        Strong project/program management background with experience  in managing multiple, complex projects with changing priorities.

·        Experience in attracting and building stellar teams contributing to the bench strength in the organization.

·        Undergraduate degree level in business, technical/engineering discipline, or finance/mathematics.

·        Demonstrated success in developing, implementing and executing strategic business plans
