We are looking for a team member to provide project management and program coordination to Executive Development programs for the enterprise. The role will require the ability to partner with various levels of leadership to flawlessly execute leadership development programs.

The learning professional must be flexible, possess strong organizational skills, collaborative, and inquisitive with a growth-oriented mindset who is not afraid to ask questions and offer out-of-box solutions to internal clients at all levels. Experience developing curriculum for manager training programs, business concepts, and project management are a plus. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plans and program coordination to support the of existing and new enterprise training programs for executive leadership in various settings such as classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job, etc.

  • Partner with various divisions, functions and their HR Business Partners to design a world class program experience and ensure training outcomes are met.

  • Design and implement programs that align with and/or advance Honeywell’s culture

  • Deliver and coordinate facilitation of training to diverse audiences’ in-person and online.

  • Leverage digital learning solutions & the learning management system when appropriate to enhance the learner experience and create robust reporting and metrics

  • Support the learning team through some learning program administration as needed 


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources or event management with at least 3 years in learning and development as an instructional designer, trainer and/or learning specialist, or similar.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Economics, Human Resources, Business, IO Psychology, or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience.


  • Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

  • Proven experience and knowledge applying training and development principles and adult learning theory A background in assessments

  • Knowledge of ADDIE and or SAM

  • Strong project management skills

  • Working experience with Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate learning content authoring tools

  • Working experience with learning management systems

  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, to include Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel and PowerPoint. SharePoint experience desired

  • Experience in building scalable end to end learning programs

  • Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization

  • Building strong relationships with peers, technology partners, business leaders and executives

  • Curiosity and appetite to learn new things

  • Experience with a learning management system

  • Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work independently
